Long-time NetSuite employee Michael Forman has been promoted to SVP and global controller and appointed as the software company's principal accounting officer. He was previously VP of finance and corporate controller. Forman, age 45, was previously VP of finance and corporate controller. He was been with the San Mateo, Calif.-based cloud software publisher since May 2004. I am assuming that adding the word "global" to the job description reflects the company's growth and need for someone to overlook the growing international business.
