Himanshu Palsule seems to do well wherever he goes. And after serving since November as head of global delivery for Epicor Software, the software company has made him chief technology officer. He replaces CTO Jeff Kissling who was become chief scientist with a focus on research and technology innovation. Kissling had held the position since May.
