Eide Bailly has acquired Spring2 Technologies, a Sandy, Utah-based NetSuite and Dynamics reseller. "Spring2 brings additional talent in implementation, development and customization to our team," said Scott Kost, director of technology consulting at Eide Bailly.

Deltek has entered an agreement to buy Onvia, a Seattle, Wash.-based company, which markets sales intelligence and acceleration products for businesses selling to the public sector. Publicly held Onvia had revenue of $25.7 million for the year ended December 31, an increase of 4.2 percent from $23.5 million for 2015.

Indirect tax specialist Sovos has hired Fritz McCormick to the new role of general manager, enterprise for sales tax. McCormick will head the enterprise effort for Sovos North America, which says is reflecting "a new wave of demand for modern tax compliance and reporting software solutions, including the Sovos Intelligent Compliance Cloud."
XERO HITS 253K SUBS IN UK

Xero says it has hit 253,3000 subscribers in the United Kingdom as of September 30. September 30 is the end of the first half for the New Zealand-based cloud company so more information should arrive over the next three weeks.
