EDGEWATER FIRES RANZAL-KNOWLES

Robin Randal-Knowles, Edgewater Technology Edgewater Technology has fired Robin Ranzal-Knowles, head of the company's Oracle consulting business. The termination occurred on August 23, but slipped my examination of 8-Ks. The LinkedIn profile of Chris Churchill, a VP of Edgewater Ranzal, shows he is acting president of the group.

EDGEWATER SEPARATES FINANCE JOBS

FAIRSAIL'S HALE LEAVING SAGE

Adam Hale, SageAdam Hale, CEO of the former Fairsail, is leaving Sage on October 3. Hale became the leader of the Fairsail, whose product is now known as Sage People, in March 2014. He joined Sage when it purchased the Reading, United Kingdom-based company in March.

DELTEK BUYS WORKBOOK

Niels Heimburger, WorkBookDeltek, which makes software for project-based business, has acquired Copenhagen, Denmark-based WorkBook. Founded in 2000, WorkBook markets what Deltek described "one of the most widely used management tools in the advertising industry globally". Terms were not disclosed.
