Kathy Crusco, EpicorEpicor CFO Kathy Crusco has taken a job with the same title at Kony. Crusco’s LinkedIn profile shows she assumed the position with the Austin, Texas-based enterprise application company in December. No CFO is currently shown on management section of the Epicor website.

Exact appears to have completed its sale of three American manufacturing software packages to ECi Software Solutions. The plan was announced earlier this year when Exact's owner, Apax Partners, purchased ECi and said it would make the switch.
