SAGE NAMES CEO CIRCLE

SageSage has named its CEO Circle, which one reseller described as becoming smaller and smaller. Sage certainly does not make as big deal in handing  out awards as it once was.

CRUMP JOINING SAGE GROUP BOARD

Blair Crump, SageBlair Crump, president of Sage since August, has been appointed to the board of directors of the Sage Group. Crump will become an executive director on January 1. He becomes the first American on the Sage board since the departure of Ron Verni in 2007.

INTUIT TO ACQUIRE TSHEETS

Matt Rissell, TSheetsIntuit will pay $340 million to buy TSheets, which markets Time Capture time tracking software. The deal is expected to close by January 31. Time Capture will become part of the product line of Intuit's Small Business and Self-Employed Group.
