Kathy Crusco, EpicorEpicor CFO Kathy Crusco has taken a job with the same title at Kony. Crusco’s LinkedIn profile shows she assumed the position with the Austin, Texas-based enterprise application company in December. No CFO is currently shown on management section of the Epicor website.

EXACT MFG PACKAGES TO ECI

Exact appears to have completed its sale of three American manufacturing software packages to ECi Software Solutions. The plan was announced earlier this year when Exact's owner, Apax Partners, purchased ECi and said it would make the switch.

ADAPTIVE TOPS $100 MILLION

Thomas Bogas, Adaptive PlanningAdaptive Insights says it has passed $100 million in revenue for the trailing 12 months. It also says it has $100 million in annual recurring subscriptions under contract.

SAGE OPTS FOR NO BIG SHOW

SageSage has decided to hold 10 regional meetings called Sage Sessions. The smaller events replace the usual Sage Summit with a cast of thousands. Sage has announced the Sessions as part of its Sage Summit Tour noting, "This year, in lieu of one big event, we'll take the tour on the road to get closer to you and your customers on your home turf."

SAAS DRIVES INFOR QUARTER

Charles Phillips, InforInfor's results for the second quarter ended October 31 benefited from the impact of SaaS sales on the top line and currency gains on the bottom line. The software company had revenue of $775.4 million, 8.6 percent higher than the $714.4 million in last year's corresponding period.
