ECi Software Solutions has acquired Kingston, Ontario-based PrintFleet. ECI recently took over JobBoss, Macola and Max from Exact—all the parties are owned by Apax Partners.

Stoneridge Software has acquired DFC Consultants—both firms are Dynamics resellers. Terms were not disclosed. Based in Fargo, N.D., DFC employed 18 and had $3.5 million in revenue according to its submission for Bob Scott’s Top 100 VARs for 2017.

Vertex has launched integrations for Salesforce CRM, Commerce Cloud, CPQ and Billing. Vertex’s Address Cleansing Service is also now integrated with Salesforce, ensuring transactions are assigned to the proper jurisdiction.

Columbus has purchased High Software, a Netherlands-based company, which markets rental and lease management applications for equipment-driven industries. The deal comes on the heels of the acquisition of Swedish iStone by the Denmark-based reseller and software developer.
