SOLVER RENAMES BI360

Solver Inc. has given its BI360 software the company name this month. The BI360 suite will now be known as Solver. The company will also replace the product logo with the company logo.

ACCOUNTEDGE WON’T SUPPORT CATALINA

Priority Software will not release a Mac version of its AccountEdge software for the Apple Catalina operating system. The company said on its website the product’s 30-year-old codebase “proved too outdated to establish compatibility with Apple’s newest operating system.”

Qlik has acquired RoxAI and its Ping intelligent alerting software. The company said this week the addition of technology to its software products enables analytics systems and users to monitor and manage business data in real-time.

AVIDXCHANGE RAISES $260M

Payments software company AvidXchange has raised $260 million in equity capital. The company said this month the latest round brings the total it has raised in its 20-year history to $800 million.

SAGE TERMS 1Q RESULTS “STRONG”

Sage was happy with the results for the first quarter ended December 31. The company this week said in a trading update revenue rose to about $606.6 million for the recently ended period, an increase of 6.7 percent from last year’s corresponding period.

PRESIDENT CRUMP LEAVING SAGE

Sage says president and executive director Blair Crump is leaving the company. Today’s announcement reports Crump  will leave his board role of executive director on February 25 and his role as president on March 31. The move was termed a retirement. There was also an uncofirmed report of a freeze on travel.
