FORMER INTACCT VP JOINS MYBUYS

Dan Druker, MyBuysDan Druker, former marketing VP at Intacct, has joined the staff of MyBuys, based in San Mateo, Calif. MyBuys, which describes itself as involved in cross-channel personalization for retail, put Druker on the payroll as chief marketing officer in October, according to Druker's LinkedIn page.

CCH FOCUSES ON DYNAMICS CHANNEL

Bruce Krumlauf, CCHCCH is focusing on Dynamics in developing its channel for its sales tax products. The company has been extremely quiet about sales tax, both product and channel issues, since its acquisition of SpeedTax. But since then, CCH has added 41 resellers, the majority of them Dynamics VARs, most handling AX, according to Jessica Balfour, product marketing manager, corporate services, at CCH. Read more...

EPICOR CEO PAY NEARS $10M

Compensation for Pervez Qureshi, CEO of Epicor Software, reached $9.8 million for the company's year ended September 30, the first full year of the company's operation following the merger of Epicor and Activant. That was up from $9.2 million for the prior year, but the merger makes direct comparisons impossible as the new company began business in May 2011. Read more...

X3 CLOUD COMING NEXT YEAR

Guy Berruyer. SageSage is preparing to release a cloud version of its X3 application next year. The plan was announced in this week’s earnings presentation by chief executive Guy Berruyer. Berruyer did not specify when in 2013 the product will hit the market, describing the release date only as “later in 2013.”

DYNAMICS GP 2013 AVAILABLE THIS MONTH

SAGE AMERICAS H2 BIZ PICKS UP

Sage logoRevenue growth for the Americas in the second half ended September 30 outpaced the first-half increase, Sage said as the company reported results for fiscal 2012. Americas revenue was about $411.7 million, a 4-percent rise over 2011 while EBIDTA hit roughly $139 million, a 5-percent increase. Read more...
