TRACKING SUMMIT 2014 EXHIBITS

sageThere's been a great deal of debate about Sage Summit 2014 conference in online groups. The debate is over the impact of the cut-rate pricing for users, the July Las Vegas location and some general distaste among resellers who don't think Sage is all that great to its resellers any more. Enrico Caruso as PagliaccioAfter I finished our voice recital, in which I performed the difficult monologue, the Prologue from Pagliacci, someone from the audience told me, "I almost cried while you were singing that." Ken Del Gobbo, GemaccountsThere's always an opportunity for speculation when a company makes an announcement of an entry into a new market, and then nothing seems to happen. So it is with Australian vendor Gemaccounts, which announced its entry into the America market in August, hired industry veteran Ken Del Gobbo as president in October and issued its last press release do date in December. More peculiar is that its last tweet was on April 15--8 Helpful Accounting Software Apps For Businesses.
