MAPADOC SALE BOOSTS SILVERSUN

The sale of its Mapadoc EDI business ballooned the bottom line for SilverSun Technologies for the quarter ended September 30. The $10.1-million gain on disposal resulted in net income of $7.7 million for the most recently ended quarter from $170,932.

Columbus said a recovery of its business in the United States is just around the corner, well 2020. The Denmark-based reseller and developer said in this week’s webcast for earnings for the third quarter ended September 30 it will see further sales declines in 2019 but expects to report growth next year.

Faye Business Systems Group has merged in Chicago, Ill.-based Intelestream. Both are SugarCRM resellers. Faye, the 2018 SugarCRM Global Reseller of the Year, claims to be one of the largest dealers for the open source CRM product.

XERO HITS 2M SUBSCRIBERS

Xero ended its half on September 30 with 2 million subscribers. The New Zealand-based cloud company said during its release of results for the six months that the number represented a 30-percent increase over its subscriber base at the end of the first half of fiscal 2019.
