ECI Software Solutions has agreed to by Trivest Beheer, a Netherlands-based publisher of vertical software packages. Fort Worth, Texas-based ECI said the deal will add more than 3,000 customers and 300 employees to its manufacturing division.

Robert Reid, EVP and managing director of Sage Intacct has sold shares in the Sage Group for about $2 million in gross proceeds. Reid sold 351,555 shares which were acquired through the vesting of restricted shares.

SilverSun Technologies has eliminated a Class B Preferred stock plan that gave its CEO, Michael Meller, voting control of the company. The company announced the deal in a filing in the SEC in settling a suit brought by an activist shareholder. SilverSun is the parent of reseller SWK Technologies.
