QUICKBOOKS ONLINE TOPS 2M SUBS

Brad Smith, IntuitIntuit's QuickBooks Online rolled to a new highs with 2,220,000 when the third quarter ended on April 30, an increase of 59 percent over 1,397,000 million a year earlier. By comparison, when it ended its year on March 31, rival Xero just topped 1 million.

SysproSyspro plans to show a web version of Syspro 8 in the fourth quarter. The company will offer a dual interface so companies can choose to deploy a Web client or Windows client according to chief product officer Paulo de Matos. The product is designed for manufacturing and distribution users.
