QVINCI AUTOMATES BVA REPORTING

Charles Nagel, Qvinci SoftwareQvinci Software, which makes financial data consolidation and reporting software, has automated the generation of Budget-versus-Actual reporting. The Austin, Texas-based cloud software vendor says its application  can now produce customizable BVA reports that include budget data from an unlimited number of QuickBooks files.

Noel Goggin, AptosAptos, which makes retail technology software, has invested millions of dollars in Aptos Lab, a dedicated development team. The company is developing a cloud-native, mobile-first and unified commerce services platform. "Consumer behavior has fundamentally changed; it is now time for retailers to consume and apply technology in a way that takes into account the new, rapid retailing model," said CEO Noel Goggin.

Pete Mann, DeltekDeltek has launched a Product Partner Marketplace. The Herndon, Va.-based software company, which makes applications for project-based businesses, said this week it has made a "significant investment" in opening the marketplace to present third-party applications to customers and prospects.

There is nothing to indicate there will be any immediate impact on the operations in the United States, which include JobBoss, Macola and Max. UNANET EXPANDS HEADQUARTERS

Fran Craig, UnanetUnanet, which makes project accounting software, will invest $1.67 million to expand operations in Loudoun County, Va. The company markets cloud and on-premise applications and will add 60 jobs as part of its growth. Unanet says it will hire developers, analysts, marketers and engineers.
