BLACKBAUD PAY BACK TO 2019 LEVELS

Compensation for Blackbaud’s top executives have returned to pre-COVID levels. That included pay for CEO Mike Gianoni, who received $11.8 million for the year ended December 31,  an increase of 10.9 percent from $9.4 million in 2020, but ahead of the $9.4 million in compensation in 2019.

France-based reseller Prodware lost approximately $71.9 million for the year ended December 31. That includes an about $68,2 million in a write-off of on-premise software assets, stemming from the decline in the sale of such products.

DYNAMICS REVS RISE 22 PERCENT

Dynamics revenue rose 22 percent for Microsoft's third quarter ended March 31, 25 percent in constant currency. Lower than expected by the company, that double-digit level was not as good as the 29 percent registered for the second quarter ended December 31 and the 31 percent hike for the first quarter ended September 30.

QUISITIVE CLOUD BIZ BOOMED IN 2021

Quisitive Technology Solutions reported strong financial results for the year ended December 31 as both its payments and cloud ERP business boomed. The ERP business for the Toronto, Ont.-based company had $63 million in revenue for 2022, more than two-and-a-half times the $17.2 million the prior year.
