Aktion Associates has acquired United Solutions. No price was disclosed for the deal that involves two construction software resellers. Based in Hopkinton, Mass., United was founded in October 1985 by CEO Greg Kirshe, who worked for the former Timberline Software, which was acquired by Sage in 2003.
