Jack Ades, Interdyn AKAInterdyn AKA has acquired the North American Dynamics AX practice from Business & Decision in an asset purchase. B&D is a European-based consulting and systems integration company. In the announcement, the companies said AKA has collaborated with the B&D AX team on many implementations.

ADAPTIVE DISCOVERY INTRODUCED

adaptive_planning_logo.Adaptive Planning has introduced Adaptive Discovery, which the Mountain View, Calif.-based vendor calls a cloud-based data visualization solution. I suppose we could simplify that and call it a graphical reporting tool. The application has the ability to drill into data in the company's budgeting package and translate the data into graphics that are easier to understand. Read more...

INTACCT HIRES MARKETING VP

Clark Newby, IntacctInfor has named Clark Newby as VP of marketing, filling the spot left vacant when Dan Druker left the company in February. Newby, who joined the company in May according to his LinkedIn page, was most recently SVP of  marketing and alliances at SnapLogic.
