Infor recently posted net income of $44 million for the third quarter ended January 31, compared to a loss of $7 million for last year’s corresponding period. Meanwhile, revenue of $787 million was virtually unchanged from a year earlier.

QAD SUBS UP, OTHER SOURCES DOWN

QAD lost nearly $16 million for the year ended January 31, compared to net income of net income from $10.4 million for the prior year. That stemmed from a sharp rise in cloud revenue while license, professional services and maintenance revenue dropped.

ORACLE ERP BIZ STRONG

Oracle’s Fusion ERP and NetSuite business remained strong for the third quarter ended February 29. In its earnings webcast this week, Oracle said NetSuite revenue was up 26 percent year-over-year.
