A collation of health and technology companies are working to develop a digital passport for COVID-19 vaccines. The group which includes Microsoft, Salesforce.com and Oracle, are part of the Vaccine Credential Initiative that also includes MITRE, Mayo Clinic, Evernorth, The Commons Project Foundation and CARIN Alliance.
XENTRAL RAISES $20 MILLION

Xentral, which makes ERP systems for SMBs, has raised $20 million in Series A funding. Based in Augsburg, Germany, the company will use the funding to expand in Europe initially and later in the United States and the United Kingdom.

The Prodware Group, the France-based company which sells Dynamics and Sage financial software, has issued a rather opaque statement about the fourth quarter. The company said it “sees a significant surge in technological investments in the 4th quarter of 2020 on behalf of many customers, both mid-market companies and subsidiaries of large groups.”

REPAY RAISING $402.5 MILLION

Repay Holdings, which has been acquiring payments companies, is raising $402.5 million in a combination of shares and debt under a shelf offering. The company has made an offering of $130 million in shares of its Class A stock and $350 million in convertible senior notes due 2026.
