INTACCT’S REID EXITS SAGE

Robert Reid, who came to Sage by its purchase of Intacct, has ended his tenure with the company. Reid retired, ending his career with the software company as chairman of the mid-market solutions group from May 2019 through this month.

AR BIZ HIGHRADIUS RAISED $300 MILLION

HighRadius which markets AI-based AR and treasury applications, has raised $300 million in Series C funding. The SaaS company said the business is valued at $3.1 billion. The company said this week the proceeds will be used in product development and expanding its go-to-market efforts globally.

AUDITORIA RAISES $15.5. MILLION

Auditoria, which makes software for corporate finance teams, has raised $15.5 million in Series A funding. The intended use of proceeds include continuing to develop applications, Auditoria Workflow Platform and Auditoria Workflow Skills utilizing artificial intelligence and natural language processing.

SURVEY: HR CLOUD ADOPTION RAPID

Companies are adopting HR SaaS systems at a rapid rate, according to a study by the Information Services. Group. A survey of 260 companies found that 46 percent of respondents have moved to the cloud or hybrid platform, compared from 20 percent two years ago.

SWK Technologies is buying a Sage HCM reseller. The East Hanover, N.J.-based VAR said it has signed an agreement to buy the HCM division of Chicago, Ill.-based PeopleSense.

SWK’S NUNEZ MOVES TO SCANCO

 Andrew Nunez, chief revenue officer of SWK Technologies, has left to become CEO of Scanco. Nunez who held the position at the East Hanover, N.J.-based reseller for nearly five years, has been replaced by Alex Natashkin, previously SVP of inside sales.
