PROCORE RAISES $656.5M IN IPO

Procore Technologies has raised about $656.5 million in its initial public offering. Those are the estimated proceeds to the company from the sale of 10,410,000 million shares of common stock, including the underwriters’ purchase of 940,000 shares following the initial sale of 9,470,000 shares.

Payments company Paya this month reported net income of slightly more than $1 million for the first quarter ended March 31, compared to a loss of $675,000 a year earlier. The company posted the profit as sales reached $30.2 million in the most recently ended quarter, up from $49.1 million a. year earlier.
