SWK TECHNOLOGIES TO BUY ISM

BJ O'Reilly, ISMSWK Technologies is acquiring ISM (Info Sys Management), a Portland, Ore.-based Sage Acumatica reseller. SWK’s parent, SilverSun Technologies, says the purchase price of $1.7 million includes $300,000 cash and a $1.4-mllion convertible note and will be effective on June 1.

CHANNEL ISLANDS AVAILABLE SEPTEMBER

Pam Lopker, QADQAD’S Channel Islands User Experience will be generally available in September, the manufacturing software company said this week. The announcement was made at QAD Explore 2018, its customer conference. Channel Islands debuted in September 2015 as a four-phase program and enables users to run QAD software on devices equipped with a modern browser.

PRODWARE REVS UP 4.1 PERCENT

ProdwareProdware, a Dynamics and Sage reseller based in France, reported revenue of about $53.3 million for the first quarter ended March 31. That was up 4.1 percent from last year’s corresponding period and an increase of 4.9 percent on a comparable basis.
