Columbus will sell and deploy Litium first in Scandinavia and later to other markets. Dynamics reseller Quisitive has converted $4.5 million in remaining convertible debentures that were used to pay for part of its acquisition of Menlo Technologies to 32,025,800 Common Share. The value of those shares of Toronto, Ont.-based Quisitive is about $15 million at today's exchange rates.
