 SilverSun Technologies has filed a preliminary prospectus outlining the plan to spin out SWK Technologies, its reselling operations, as a separate public company. SilverSun, which has merged with Rhodium Enterprises, will be renamed Rhodium, according to the documents filed with the SEC.

 Dynamics revenue grew by 15 percent for the first quarter ended September 31, the second straight quarter the growth rate has slowed. Microsoft reported this week that Dynamics 365 grew by 24 percent year-over-year.

PRODWARE REVS UP 16.8 PERCENT

Revenue for France-based reseller, Prodware, reached about $36 million for the third quarter ended September 30, an increase of 16.8 percent over a year ago. Prodware, which sells Dynamics and Sage ERP products, operates in France and French-speaking areas of Africa, along with Germany and Spain.
