QBES SALES UP “MID-SINGLE DIGITS”

QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions, the mid-market product from Intuit, appears to continue to drive what growth there is in the desktop QB market. Intuit used the phrase “mid-single digits” to describe the rate of increase in revenue for QBES for the year ended July 31.

QAD ISSUES LAST? EARNINGS REPORT

QAD, which is being taken private by Thoma Bravo in a $2 billion deal, saw acquisition costs cut into its operating profit for the second quarter ended July 31. They deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of calendar 2021 so this is potentially the last earning report.

Bill.com saw its revenue spike with the inclusion one-month income from Divvy. Divvy is  the corporate credit card and expense management platform it acquired during the fourth quarter ended June 30.
