DIVVY BOOSTS BILL.COM PROFORMA

The addition of Divvy’s results to those of its purchaser Bill.com raised Billcom’s net loss for the nine months ended March 31 by three times and raised its revenue by 24.7 percent. The deal was completed on June 1 for $2.5 billion.

ACQUIRED UNIT BOOSTS ALITHYA

The acquisition of R3D Conseill boosted revenue for Dynamics and Oracle reseller Alithya significantly for the first quarter ended June 30. Coupled with organic growth, R3D helped Alithya achieve a 54.9-percent decline in the company’s loss on a 45.6-percent increase in revenue.

VERTEX SHARPLY CUTS LOSS

Vertex slashed its loss for the second quarter ended June 30 by 95 percent as revenue rose by 15 percent. The indirect tax software company lost $2.6 million for the most recently ended period, down from a loss of $39.4 million a year ago.
