Dynamics reseller Quisitive Technology Solutions is pushing hard into the payments business with an agreement to acquire BankCard USA Merchant Services. The deal has a value of about $166 million.

SilverSun Technologies, parent of reseller SWK Technologies, pointed to a 2.1-percentage point increase in gross profit as a factor in the company’s bottom line for the year ended December 30. That came as the East Hanover, N.J.-based business reported a 7.1-percent rise in revenue for the most recently completed year, benefiting from a strong finish to the year.

Quisitive Technology Solutions, a Dynamics reseller, is buying Mazik Global in a deal expected to close this month, The purchase has a value of about $15 million, including $7 million in cash an 6,254,020 shares of Quisitive common stock which had a recent trade of $1.3 (U.S) per share on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
