ALITHYA 2019 TARGET: $262M REVS

Paul Raymond, Alithya Alithya, a Montreal, Quebec-based company which is acquiring Edgewater Technology, expects 2019 revenue of about $262 million to $277 million. Alithya issued the forecast recently as part of a new shareholder presentation about the deal, expected to close in the third quarter.

Krista Endsley, Cantata Health Krista Endsley, former CEO of Abila, has become president of Cantata Health. Endsley headed Abila, when it was an independent company, from March 2013 through March 2017. Abila was purchased by the newly formed Community Brands in April 2017.

MYOB CANCELS RECKON DEAL

Clive Rabie, Reckon GroupAustralia software vendor MYOB Croup has terminated its planned purchased of the Accountant Practice Management operations of Reckon. With regulatory approval lagging in Australia and New Zealand, MYOB exercised its right to cancel the deal on May 31 after the passing of six months to satisfy conditions of the sale.

Tom Ward, RootstockRootstock, which markets specialized ERP software, has hired Tom Ward as SVP of sales. The move follows a series of executive hires this year and is a homecoming for Ward who was regional VP of sales for Rootstock from August 2014 through December 2015.
