With no bonuses for the last two years and equity awards slashed, compensation for three top executives at Deltek dropped sharply for 2009. That's shown in the proxy filed recently with the SEC. Deltek CEO Kevin Parker had $1.58 million in total compensation, a drop of 31.6 percent from $2.3 million in 2008. The big change came in equity awards with Parker earning $588,000 from that source last year, compared to $1.42 million the year before, a decline of 58.6 percent.
