CDC GETS RESTRUCTURING EXEC

CDC Software, which filed for Chapter 11 protection after a $65 million judgment against it, is now being run by Marc Watson as chief restructuring officer. As part of a restructuring agreement approved on December 2011, Watson has complete authority to make decisions about CDC’s business.
