HighJump, which markets TrueCommerce EDI, is merging with Accellos, also in the EDI space. The company will operate under the HighJump name. Accellos, based in Colorado Springs, Colo. was founded in 2006 by Michael Cornell who has become CEO of the newly constituted HighJump. Nick Manolis,

 said in a prepared statement he would continue to operate the TrueCommerce group and he expects no significant changes to the product road map.
