Ruth Menter and Nicholas Hoad, who joined Blytheco with its purchase of the former Macdonald Consulting, have left the top Sage reseller. Owner Steve Blythe said he purchased the minority shares held by the two and also shares held by VPs Judy Enders and Tim Baker who have also left. All are available to help with the transition.
