CDC Software, which owns the Ross and Pivotal product lines, reported a sharp drop in net income for the year ended December 31 as revenue rose by 4.4 percent over 2009 totals.  Net income for 2010 was $6.4 million, down from $22.3 million the prior year. Revenue for the most recently ended year was $212.9 million, an increase from $203.9 million for 2009. The bottom line was held down by a restructuring charge of just under $5 million. Read more...
