Deltek has acquired London, England-based Sohnar, which makes Traffic Live, a PSA product used by  marketing agencies and other project-based companies. Terms were not disclosed. The acquired cloud-based application manages projects and the flow of creative jobs within such firms. It is described as a leading online studio, project & workflow management and resource planning system.
