Plex, which makes on-line manufacturing applications, has named Tina Holm as vice president of partners and alliances. Holm is responsible for building and managing the Plex Partner Network. That network includes consulting firms that are involved in implementation and which Plex termed “customer-success-oriented.” This is a new position for the Troy, Mich.-based cloud company. Plex comes from Oracle where she had positions dealing with the channel and alliances starting in February 2003.
