Net@Work, which is relatively new to the nonprofit business, this week expanded those operations by acquiring the Abila practice of ADSS Global. Based in New York City, Net@Work got into the market last year with the purchase of Huckstep & Associates, whose former owner, Jeannie Huckstep, is nonprofit practice director for Net@Work. The Abila nonprofit line, including Abila MIP Fund Accounting, was sold by Sage last year to Accel-KKR the investment firm that started Abila. Both Net@Work and ADSS are Sage resellers.
