Jeeves purchased the Swiss software maker, SolvAxis, in April 2013. Next, Jeeves created separate business units for the two product lines in June 2014 and since then has introduced new versions: SolvAxis' ProConcept ERP v11.1 in January and the Jeeves ERP Cloud last month. Meanwhile, Jeeves executives have been migrating to Forterro. The LinkedIn page of Jeeves CEO Jeff Tognoni shows he took the same position with Forterro in 2012. But others have made the move more recently. Melissa Stahley, director of corporate marketing for Jeeves since August 2013, assumed the position of VP of corporate marketing for Forterro in January. Richard Furby began his job as VP of global services for Jeeves in July 2013 and he picked up the title of VP of services and support this month. The LinkedIn pages of all three show they maintain positions at both Jeeves and Forterro. Given Forterro's positioning its products as "Vertical, Not Verticalized", and "Local, Not Localized", I assume we will see purchases of companies that make specialized financial applications.
