NET@WORK BUYS SYNERGY PLUS
New York-based Net@Work, a Sage reseller, has moved into the Canadian market with the purchase of Synergy Plus Solutions. Synergy president Joe Santoro will serve as Net@Work's Sage 300 ERP practice director with his team remaining at his company's headquarters in Windsor, Ontario.
Synergy was founded in 2001. It's the first acquisition by Net@Work this year. It also opened a Chicago office just after SWK Technologies picked up the carcass of Hightower. My friends at SWK said that despite what had been told to me at the time - and which we have printed a couple of times - Net@Work did not make a bid for the Hightower business.
