Tribridge, headed by Tony DiBenedetto, is the largest of the three. Socius has $16.5 million in revenue and SBS Group around $12 million. SBS has been acquiring companies so its run rate has been constantly changing and as the Master VAR system develop it's going to be more difficult to put a number on the operations of these three. Sales Affiliates operate under the Master VAR's brand but maintain their independence. Tribridge admits only to the same 300 employees and $60 million in revenue that it reported a year ago. The other difference is that Tribridge carries only Dynamics financial applications while the other two carry other brands. The company is well armed as it raised $24.1 million in funding a year ago (subtract $3.7 million listed in an SEC Schedule D filing in proposed payments to executives officers, directors and promoters and just over $800,000 in sales fees).

MICROSOFT TAPS TRIBRIDGE AS MASTER VAR
Microsoft has tapped Tribridge as its third Master VAR. The selection was disclosed yesterday inside the company and is expected to be formally announced tomorrow, according to a source familiar with the process. And so the game begins as this apparently brings the selection process to an end. Tampa, Fla.-based Tribridge joins the SBS Group and Interdyn Socius as the three companies responsible for recruiting Sales Affiliates who will purchase their Dynamics products through Master VARs in the United States. Tribridge officials have not responded to requests for comment.
