EPICOR OFFERS MOBILE POS
Epicor Software has introduced a mobile-enabled version of the Epicor Retail Point-of-Sale application. The software supports the iPad, iPod and Windows mobile devices. Additionally, Epicor says it has formed a retail mobility team to assist retailers in the deployment of mobile technology.
The Retail Mobile Store module features a touch-screen, along with customization capabilities and it is supported under Epicor’s App Builder. The module also has shared printer functionality, which means it can be mapped to print to any fixed printer. There is also a new mobile credit card application that helps retailers with PCI compliance.
