SWK DOES $700K X3 DEAL
If anyone wonders why Sage is making so much noise about its ERP X3 software, a deal announced by Trey Resources shows why And this week, the company said Trey closed a deal for software and consulting services valued at more than $700,000 to a multi-national manufacturer headquartered in the Midwest. The company also said that in less than a year it has recouped the investment made to train its personnel.
Trey CEO Mark Meller said the company anticipates landing more significant deals. Guess this explains why another Sage reseller said a year ago he had spent more than $100,000 and at that time hadn’t landed a deal but still thought it was a good investment. In February, SWK also announced a MAS 200 deal for $181,000 in software and services.
