Its partner program includes Certified Partners, who sell and earn commissions on recurring revenue; and Referral Partners, who, well, refer business to the vendor, and who need to have one sale per year to stay in the program.

Terry Hicks, who once led the QuickBooks Online effort, has become chief operating officer of Infusionsoft. Hicks took on the new title this month after serving as chief product officer for the Chandler, Ariz.-based software company from July 2015. He was with Intuit from February 2000 through February 2015.
