QAD customers can submit requests for specific skills and resources or post projects for bid. Providers can scan these and submit a bid or request more information via the site's direct messaging system. When projects are completed, customers can rate providers' performances and include text feedback. QAD moderates the ratings, profiles and projects.

Manufacturing software vendor QAD has opened Project Network, a marketplace site that enables its customers to find service providers for QAD-related projects. Service providers and consultancies can post profiles on the Network, which can be accessed through a link located on the Services tab at QAD.com or at projectnetwork.qad.com
