MICROSOFT PROMOTES CRM ONLINE
With what was described as its third service update in 18 months, Dynamics CRM Online got a big push this week in terms of features and promotion. Microsoft added free mobile access, enhanced data support and customizable views. It also offers customers switching from Salesforce.com or Oracle CRM On Demand use of the Dynamics product for free for six months. But wait, there's more.
The move includes what the company says is simplified, lower pricing at $44 per user per month that includes offline support, 200 custom entities, 200 workflows and 5GB of storage.
