Microsoft reported Dynamics revenue for the year ended grew by 16 percent over fiscal 2023 levels with Dynamics 365 up by 19 percent year over year.

In the recent earnings webcast, CFO Amy Hood said the results stemmed from “continued growth across all workloads and better-than-expected new business” with Dynamics 365 now represent 90 percent of Dynamics revenue. The company sees lower growth for the quarter ended September 30 with Dynamics sales expected to be up by low to mid-teens. The ERP and CRM line’s totals are included in the category Dynamics products and cloud services with revenue of $6.58 billion, an increase of 21 percent from $5.35 billion from last year’s corresponding period.
