Terms were not disclosed for a deal that produced a company with 550 employees following the combination. SugarCRM said its customers can utilize the acquired revenue intelligence capabilities of Sales-I to analyze the data in their ERP Systems, with Sales-I’s web site reporting its machine learning algorithm tracks purchasing trends and sales opportunities delivered to a customer’s dashboard. The deal follows a partnership the two companies entered almost a year ago. Sales-I was founded in 2008 by Paul Black and Kevin McGirl. Its website touts a large number of ERP integrations, including Dynamics, Epicor, Infor, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage and Syspro. The site does not specify which Dynamics and Sage packages are involved.
