Druart's move follows the company's acquisition by Community Brands in a year of change. In February, Krista Endsley was replaced as CEO by Craig Charlton. The company was then acquired by Community Brands in April. Community Brands' product lines are concentrated on association management applications. ESO provides healthcare software and data interoperability products to emergency medical services. Two other Abila executives have improved their status under the new owner. Erin Shy, who became SVP of products in April 2015, was promoted to the post of EVP of nonprofit solutions in May. Lars Powers, VP of software development and support, from Dec 2015 through May 2017, became chief technology officer of Community Brands.
