Based in the Phoenix, Ariz., area, Modrich was previously director of customer experience for the business solutions group of Hitachi Solutions America from April 2013 until this month. Modrich worked for Great Plains Software from September 1996 and moved to Microsoft with its purchase of that company in 2001. In her last position at Microsoft, she was U.S. business development manager from January 2006 through January 2013.

AKA Enterprise Solutions has hired Pam Modrich as VP of client relations. The position is a new one for the New York, N.Y.-based Dynamics reseller. In the role, Modrich manages existing client account managers and also develops and leads client relations strategy, deliverables and sales for the Dynamics AX/GP/CRM and BI customer base.
