Millard, who joined Unit4 in 2013, was formerly VP of sales and strategic alliances for Lawson Software for April 1999 and June 2012. Clayman served as director of global education marketing. The company has hired a number of new execs since Stephen Sieber took over as CEO in April. A chief sales officer was named in July. A new CFO came on board in September and a EVP of domestic businesses in January. Also this month, Jeremy Roche former CEO of FinancialForce, has joined Unit4 as chief product officer.
